· Strong communication skills to provide and clarify requirements with the Engineering team
· Strong presentation skills to partner with the internal CX team and other product managers to brainstorm and design features
· Minimum 7 - 10yrs experience in Project Management
· Experience in managing the delivery of at least one software product
· Understanding and experience in the agile process (scrum/kanban)
· Strong stakeholder and project management skills
In addition, the candidate should preferably have:
· Prior experience / understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (https://scaledagileframework.com/)
· Experience leading ideation and driving technical development with engineers
· Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma
· Understanding of B2B marketing strategy and key technologies in the marketing technology landscape
· Strong awareness/exposure to data and AI projects
· Experience with tracking key feature usage metrics using tools like Gainsight PX
· Experience with building analytics(preferably using Sigma)
