As the CIO, I work with my team to implement emerging technologies (AI and ML). By doing so, we are able to fulfill our client’s present and future needs. I believe regular engagement with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and long-term goals is non-negotiable. We value knowledge sharing. That's why we conduct Thursday forums, hackathons, and engage in cross-training opportunities. The right people, the right tools, and the right technology are key to business success.

As a long-standing friend of our CEO, Anand, I witnessed the birth of the idea to establish an IT solutions and services business centered around a unique value proposition: trust and invest in our people. I've gleaned invaluable lessons. The first and foremost lesson is the importance of preparedness. The second lesson emphasizes the need to initiate action without hesitation. The third lesson is about giving and receiving constructive feedback. In my role as a mentor, my primary objective is to contribute to a positive company culture and foster a sense of belonging among our team members. By guiding young professionals, I aim to empower them not only for career success but also for a well-rounded and fulfilling life.
