Manage client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
Lead a team of infrastructure engineers, DBAs and providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
Implement robust backup and recovery strategies for databases and storage solutions
Oversee user access controls and security measures, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage SLAs and billing processes
Set up and maintain logging and monitoring tools to ensure early detection of issues.
Analyze logs and monitoring data to proactively address potential problems.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, driving automation to enhance efficiency
Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, with expertise in deployment on Fargate, EKS, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Redis, AmazonMQ, ActiveMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
Proficiency in Postgres or Cloud database administration
Experience with Kubernetes on AWS
Strong scripting skills in Unix Shell and Linux administration
Collaborate with development teams to streamline build and deployment processes
Provide round-the-clock support to ensure the availability and performance of the infrastructure
Engage in meetings with the Professional Services team and customers for support activities
Requirements:
3-12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in AWS Cloudwatch, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, S3 Buckets, EC2 instances, Terraform
Good exposure on Snowflakes, RDS Postgresql
Should move Clusters from Mongodb to another domains
Flexible with Work timings
Having exposure on ROR & Datawarehousing is added advantage
Should be keen on learning new technologies
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience with cloud architecture is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of infrastructure best practices, security protocols, and industry standards
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect
